About the job

You will work as a teacher in textile crafts for grades 3–9. The school is a calm and well-liked F-9 school located in nice and functional premises close to nature.

There is a rough planning available, but you may need to do some planning yourself. The students will learn various craft techniques to create functional and decorative items such as fabric bags, toiletry bags, clothes, or backpacks, often with a focus on recycling and personal design, as well as understanding different materials and tools, from idea to finished product. The assignment starts immediately and lasts until the summer break, with the possibility of extension. The position is approximately 80%. Working hours are Monday to Friday.

Your profile

You have a strong interest in textile design. Previous experience as a teacher is an advantage but not a requirement. Personal qualities and knowledge in the field are highly valued. You are a natural leader but also a good team player and a great role model. You have a strong commitment to working with children and young people.
